                                             Kevin Crigger

Kevin grew up in Dryden and began his professional music career at the age of 12,

as a drummer, after receiving a few lessons from musical pro's Roger Borden and

Mark Jackson. His very first live performance in fact was at the Oxdrift Community

Hall where he sat in with the Borden Family Band for a few numbers. It wasn't long

after that until he was drumming and singing with his own band, and then went on as a

vocalist to win several talent shows which culminated in his performing at the Reel

Country Tavern in Nashville Tennessee when he was only 16. Over the past 24 years,

he has performed for community functions as a Trombone player in the High School

Band, with the Dryden Singing Boys and the Dryden Serenaders, pianist for the High

School music group and all the great sing-a-longs at the Legion and at Patricia Gardens,

as well as the Lion's telethons both in Dryden and Winnipeg. Over the course of those

years, Kevin has played with, sang with, backed up, or been backed up by almost every

musician and singer that's involved in the making of this album. Like coming home,

Kevin is here once again to share his song with the people of Dryden...the people who

have kept the music alive in him for all these years.
